GST InvoiceNow Requirement for GST-registered Businesses
GST-registered businesses will be required to transmit invoice data to IRAS using InvoiceNow-Ready Solutions via the InvoiceNow network. This mandatory participation will be implemented progressively (source: IMDA Website):
- From 1 November 2025, for newly incorporated companies that register for GST voluntarily.
- From 1 April 2026, for all new voluntary GST-registrants.

Sending Invoices via InvoiceNow
Step-by-Step Guide
- Prepare an invoice as usual.
- Click “Send E-Invoice via Peppol” to transmit the invoice.
- A confirmation message will appear:
“Invoice has been sent to PEPPOL queue successfully.”
Receiving & Processing E-Invoices
Step-by-Step Guide
- Check for New Invoices
🔔 Click on the notification when a new e-invoice arrives. The system automatically transfers inbound e-invoices to the database. - Review Incoming Invoices
> Navigate to Finance > Peppol E-inv Inquiry to view received invoices. - Match & Confirm
> Click on the invoice to let the system automatically match it with the corresponding Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
> If matched, review and accept it to convert the invoice into Accounts Payable. - Invalid Invoices?
> If no matching PO or GRN is found, the system will prevent processing for accuracy.
